It was a nice place to stay. There is not much near there. But there is a Bodega on the corner with a deli and good coffee where you can also buy single beers for $3. A tremendous deal. My room was also nice and they actually replenished the two water bottles every morning. A good bang for the buck place to stay in an odd area.

We were in town from Philly for the night attending a concert at the Knockdown Center and needed a place to crash. Very clean, cool rooftop bar, staff at the desk were welcoming and informative. Parking was very easy and inexpensive. We didn’t pay the normal full price for the room because we used our points but for Christmastime in NYC, it would have still been pretty affordable. We will definitely be back!

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was clean and even had a Nespresso machine. It was a quiet and comfortable stay for my son’s tournament weekend. Unfortunately, my reservation was cancelled shortly after I was notified by email of a payment issue on the same day I was due to check in, even though I had already updated my card. It was stressful right before our trip. Thankfully, Trayvon at the front desk was outstanding and helped me rebook at the same rate. His patience and calmness made a big difference during a difficult situation. Sadly, management never responded to my follow-up email. I would stay again, but I hope their policy becomes more reasonable.

Had a great stay. I have high status with Marriott and Hilton so typically don't stay at IHG properties. I was so pleasantly surprised. Have to give a huge shout out to the front desk guy Andrew. What a professional! You would think he is the owner with how he wants you to be completely satisfied. He is courteous always friendly and very accommodating. That guy deserves a raise for sure!!

It was a good experience for the budget and close to a major hub. However, there were some issues that could have made this place better. First, the restroom had no lock. Second, the microwave was not inside the room when we booked a double bed (not sure about other room options). We had to go outside the room to warm up food, which was a bit inconvenient. Third, the beds were too soft—when you lie down, they sink under your whole body, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, you get what you pay for at this place.

Stayed here from December 9th-12th and I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Our room was very clean and has great amenities! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with any concerns we had about transportation needs. There is a bus outside the hotel that takes you directly to the subway station which was also a huge plus! Definitely will be coming back when we come to visit.

I think when I booked I got a good rate- i'm not sure how much their rooms go for, but when I booked i felt it was very reasonable. Parking is by the hour ($1)- if you get your ticket validated at the front desk. Which worked out for us- because we were in and out so much, it felt like I wasn't wasting a lot of money on parking. I hate when you have to pay $25 a night for parking- and sometimes you're only there to sleep. we didn't have the best view from our room but we weren't really there to spend time in it anyway- There seemed like a lot of things to do at this location- restaurants and a rooftop bar. We didn't get a chance to experience it this time- but maybe next time. I would definitely stay there again. The front desk agents were ALL AWESOME! Friendly and super helpful. It was refreshing to have happy workers. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall the hotel seemed very clean- it has a cute airplane/traveling theme- i guess since it's kinda close to LGA.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I booked a king suite with a couch, which I found very spacious, and I really liked the room’s design. I am not personally a fan of the hotel’s location, but the staff more than makes up for it, especially Andrew. I had the most amazing experience with him. Even though I booked in advance, the night I arrived was extremely busy, and because I checked in late, my room had been given away. I was really disappointed, but Andrew went above and beyond to help me. He offered multiple room options, showed me four different rooms, and personally escorted me to three of them. I mentioned it was my birthday, and while most hotel staff do not pay much attention to that, he was genuinely kind, incredibly hospitable, and truly made my day. Even with how busy the night was, he took the time to make sure I found a room I loved, and the entire experience honestly warmed my heart. He is not only professional, he is kind, funny, and exceptional at what he does. 11/10 would recommend this hotel solely because of him.
